Andhra Pradesh Government and Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu is promoting loan waiver to farmers as its grand achievement in its 6 months rule. However in a shocker Kodela Shiva Prasada Rao, speaker of Andhra Pradesh assembly speaking to scribes in Nellore said loan waiver scheme announced by Government is confusing farmers.
He said a consensus is not arrived among bankers, farmers and officials as there is no clarity among them. He revealed that farmers stopped paying loans after hearing loan waiver. Kodela who attended a function in Nellore later visited TDP senior leader Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy's house. He said in the upcoming assembly session starting from Dec 18th loan waiver, capital construction and industrial development will be discussed in detail.
